Agreement

By downloading or using Forma ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Your account

Signing in is optional. If you create an account using Sign in with Apple or Google, you are responsible for activity under that account. You may sign out or permanently delete your account and associated cloud data at any time from Settings → Account.

Forma Pro and purchases

• Forma Pro unlocks additional features, including unlimited habits, streak freeze and vacation mode, full stats and activity map, and cloud sync.
• Pro is offered as a one-time purchase that does not expire, and, where available, as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription. The exact plans and prices shown to you are set by the App Store for your region and appear on the purchase screen before you buy.
• Auto-renewing subscriptions: payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically for the same period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending. You can manage or cancel a subscription any time in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device; deleting the App does not cancel it. Any unused portion of a free trial, where offered, is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to the App Store terms. You can restore a previous purchase from the paywall ("Restore purchase").
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to disrupt the service, access data that is not yours, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.

Your content

Habits, logs, and notes you create remain yours. If you enable cloud sync, you grant us permission to store and transmit that data solely to provide the sync and backup features described in the App and our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will always be available. You are responsible for keeping your own backups where important.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the App.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
